Stuttgart (dpa) – The next generation Audi A4 heading for the markets in 2014 will be significantly lighter and more economical than current versions, according to a report in Germany’s Autobild newspaper.

The latest A4 underwent a major facelift last year with sales in Germany falling behind those of the BMW 3-Series and Mercedes C-Class. During the first quarter of this year only 9,033 A4 models were sold compared to 12,714 units of the BMW 3-Series and 17,114 Mercedes C-Class models.

Autobild says the latest A4 will offer more space for both passengers and luggage with the technology on board taking up less space. The interior sports a screen in the centre of the cockpit which replaces the classic circular instrumentation.

These concept truck designs may have been seen at one point or another in movies such as Judge Dredd or i-Robot. But while many have yet to see a suitable replacement from the gas chugging vehicles used for business and commercial use, that thought may be just over the horizon. The Scania Truck concept is something worth checking out and hopefully a machine we can all get to see soon.

With the rant for the ouster of noisy and pollution-making truck an obvious concern. These new Scania Truck Concepts aim to provide an eco-friendly approach, using diesel-electric-hybrid engines that should be something worth watching out for if they do get out of the conceptualization stages.

It is designed to be eco-friendly and economical by using a diesel-electric hybrid engine. The innovative part comes on the wheel-hub design that sports indicative color-coded LEDs that point out speeding and other rules broken.

When it comes to American Muscle cars, the matter of addressing the proper suspension to support the overall body structure is placed in doubt. But now, it looks like all of these things will be laid to rest as the new 2010 Camaro comes fully equipped with a bolt-on Hotchkis Sports Sway Set.

Available for all 2010 Camaros, the system includes a track-tested, high-strength tubular steel 1.25-inch front bar (210% stiffer than stock SS) and three-way adjustable 1.00-inch rear bar (+80, 120 or 170% stiffer than stock SS) that allows you to dial-in the way the car responds to throttle steer and driver input. Finished in durable gloss black powdercoat, the bars also include mounts, greasable Polyurethane bushings, all necessary hardware and complete installation instruction. Like all Hotchkis products, 2010 Camaro Sport Sway Bars are designed, tested and manufactured in the USA.
